Dermal fillers have become increasingly popular as a non-surgical alternative to restore facial volume loss, treat facial wrinkles and folds. They can also be used to enhance features (such as lips, cheeks, jawline, chin and more). Our injectors use various techniques including the use of cannula and our trained aesthetic eye to achieve naturally beautiful results.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is found naturally in the body and in our skin attracts water giving the skin a hydrated, plump appearance. As we age our body makes less HA leading to thinning skin, deflation, and fat descent, especially in our face. Injectable HA is used to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, facial folds and to replace volume to areas of the face such as cheeks and lips. HA fillers are also used to enhance features such as the chin, cheeks or jawline. Effects of HA filler is immediate and generally lasts 9-12 months or longer. Longevity depends on the type of filler used, patient metabolism, sun exposure, etc.

This dermal filler is made with calcium hydroxyapatite and differs from HA fillers. It is used to stimulate the patient’s own collagen and elastin production as well as achieve immediate lifting and contouring. It is used for areas of the face that require correction such as cheeks, chin and jawline. It is also used to rejuvenate the back of hands to reduce the appearance of veins. Radiesse therapy lasts longer than HA filler, typical 15-24 months thereby decreasing the frequency of treatments.

Microneedling is used to deliver micro-trauma to the skin which leads to collagen and elastin production. This therapy helps to soften the appearance of scars and hyperpigmentation, improve texture of skin, fine lines and wrinkles. It also improves the appearance of pores and gives a healthy glow to the skin. It can be used for face, neck and décolleté. Three treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart are recommended. There are two choices when utilizing microneedling!
Using the patient’s platelet rich plasma (PRP) by taking a blood sample. The growth factors in your blood can cause the production of collagen and elastin. It is an effective way to improve overall results and lessen downtime. Or:
Hyaluronic serum - as discussed above HA is found naturally in our skin but decreases production as we age. HA serum hydrates the skin and balances cell metabolism leaving skin radiant, smoother and firm.
Option of adding the areas of neck and décolleté for additional cost. -
